1. High efficiency and wide performance range.
2. The pump runs smoothly with low noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts soft packing seal or mechanical seal, which is safe, reliable, structurally simple, and easy to maintain.
4. The shaft is a fully sealed structure, ensuring no contact with the medium, no corrosion, and a long service life.
How to maintain a multi-stage centrifugal pump
1. Strictly follow the operating procedures for starting, running, and stopping the self-priming centrifugal pump, and keep a good record of the operation.
2. Check the lubrication condition of each lubrication part of the self-priming centrifugal pump in each shift.
3. After replacing the bearing, it should be cleaned and oil changed after running for 100 hours; From now on, change the oil every 1000-1500 hours of operation, and change the grease every 2000-2400 hours of operation.

4. Regularly check the temperature of the self-priming centrifugal pump bearings, which should not be higher than the ambient temperature of 35 ℃; High temperature of bearings: Rolling bearings shall not exceed 75 ℃, and sliding bearings shall not exceed 65 ℃.
5. Regularly observe whether the pressure of the pump and the current of the motor are normal and stable, whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations during equipment operation, and promptly deal with any problems found.
6. Regularly maintain the cleanliness of the self-priming centrifugal pump and surrounding environment, and promptly eliminate running, emitting, dripping, and leaking.
7. Maintenance personnel should work regularly, inspect equipment, and promptly address any issues found.
8. When the ambient temperature of the self-priming centrifugal pump is low and the pump is stopped, the remaining liquid should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking of the casing and parts.
Disassembly and assembly sequence of horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump
1. Choose tools (one set of F-wrench, pipe pliers, open-end and Phillips wrench, one 300mm adjustable wrench, cleaning basin, pry bar, copper rod, flat screwdriver, puller, cotton yarn, hammer, barley paper, sleepers, sandpaper, file, empty bucket butter, vernier caliper, micrometer, listening needle, thermometer, amplitude meter). The selected tools are flexible and easy to use.

2. Shutdown the unit according to normal procedures, wear insulated gloves, pull down the knife switch to cut off the power, hang up the maintenance warning sign, close the inlet and outlet valves of the pump for venting, discharge, remove the motor leads, record the phase sequence, remove the coupling guard, remove the motor foot bolts, and move the motor away by 90 degrees.
3. Firstly, empty the oil in the oil tank, use a puller to remove the coupling, remove the key, evenly remove the pump cover bolts, remove the pump body bracket bolts, smoothly move the pump body, place it on the sleeper, remove the impeller back cap, symmetrically pry off the impeller, place it in the cleaning basin, remove the disc root cover screw, remove the connecting bolt between the pump cover and the bearing chamber, symmetrically pry off the pump cover, remove the old disc root and water seal ring, disc root cover, water stop ring, remove the front and rear bearing end cover bolts of the bearing chamber, remove the end cover, remove the connecting body between the pump shaft and the bearing, use a puller to remove the bearing, clean and inspect all the removed pump components.
